My home on Design*Sponge

One of the first blogs I ever started reading was Design Sponge, I poured over it during university and even while teaching was constantly being inspired by the many creative articles and uplifting images they posted. Making the Most of Small spaces: CeCe’s Room

In some ways our smallest room for our smallest girl reflects her perfectly, tiny but with the brightest pop of orange on the wall the drama of such a strong colour could be a bit much for most kids' rooms, but not for my little live wire!

The Me and Mine Project - June to October

I can't believe it's been since May that I posted a me and mine post! While I haven't been blogging due to enjoying my last few months of having my littlest at home full time I have still been taking the monthly family pictures, and I am so glad I have, you can see a huge difference in the girls already from when I started in January.

Goodbyes and Gifts

A couple of weeks ago we finally said goodbye to our beloved preschool and to having a child at home most of the time. Of course, because of the summer holidays not much has changed yet, but it's still been a hugely emotional time. It sounds dramatic writing it down, but I really feel like we've all felt the change and emotions in different ways.

Me & Mine: May

So its almost the end of June and I'm just getting round to posting my Me and Mine May picture - life eh? This was the most glorious of days, coincidently our 8 year wedding anniversay (I really don't feel old enough! Although my wrinkly laughter lines say otherwise!) when we found the most beautiful rapeseed field not far from where we live.
